Professionals collaborating during a leadership workshop session

Leadership Workshops that change how your team makes decisions

We run focused, practical workshops for managers and senior professionals across the UK. Each session targets a real problem your team faces: unclear priorities, slow decision-making, or misaligned communication between departments.

What we offer

Three workshop formats, each built around a specific leadership challenge.

Decision clarity workshop

A full-day session for leadership teams of four to twelve people. We map every pending decision your team is sitting on, sort them by urgency and reversibility, and assign clear owners before the day ends. Most groups leave with a written decision log they keep using for months. The format works particularly well when a team has recently grown or restructured and old decision habits no longer fit.

Cross-team alignment

Designed for organisations where two or more departments need to collaborate but keep stepping on each other's priorities. Over two half-day sessions (typically a week apart), we facilitate structured conversations that surface hidden assumptions. Participants draft shared operating agreements they actually follow, not another document that gathers dust in a shared drive. We cap these sessions at twenty people so everyone speaks.

New-manager intensive

A three-session programme spread over six weeks for people stepping into their first management role. We cover how to run a useful one-to-one meeting, how to give feedback that changes behaviour (not just makes you feel better), and how to say no to work that belongs elsewhere. Each session is ninety minutes, limited to eight participants so there is time for real practice with coaching feedback.

What clients have told us

Feedback from people who attended our workshops in the past twelve months.

"We came in with eighteen unresolved decisions that had been bouncing around for weeks. By 4 p.m. we had owners and deadlines for every single one. That alone was worth the day."
Rachel Owens, operations director, a Cardiff-based logistics company
"The cross-team sessions forced us to say out loud what we had been assuming about each other's priorities. Uncomfortable for the first hour, genuinely productive after that."
David Parry, head of product, a SaaS firm in Bristol
"I had been managing people for three months and felt like I was faking it. The new-manager programme gave me a structure I still use every week. The small group size meant I could actually ask my embarrassing questions."
Sian Griffiths, team lead at a public-sector organisation in Swansea
